Q: Do you guarantee your checks?
A: Our 100% Guarantee ensures the quality of the checks, that they meet or exceed all standards established by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), and that they will be fully accepted at your financial institution. However, you are responsible for ensuring the information that will print on the checks is accurate. If we incorrectly print any of the information you provided for your checks, we will re-print them at no charge within 6 months from the date your order was shipped.
You may notice that the colors on your printed checks appear softer than they did on your computer screen. This ensures that your handwriting will be legible and that your bank can easily scan your checks.
Q: There's a printing error on my checks. Will Bradford Exchange Checks® fix it free of charge?
A: If the printing error is of our origin, then we will gladly replace your checks at no charge. You will not be asked to return the misprinted checks. If you notice a printing error, please call Customer Service at 1 (800) 323-8104.

A: If the printing error is of our origin, then we will gladly replace your checks at no charge. Q: Your printed advertisement has a great deal! Can I get this same offer if I order online?
A: Yes. Look on the advertisement for the "Offer Code" found in the coupon box. Go shopping online and place the items you want in the Shopping Cart, as usual. On the Shopping Cart page is an "Offer Code" box where you can type in the offer code printed in the advertisement. Then click "Go" and watch as your special offer is immediately applied to your order.
If it turns out that the advertisement offer isn't as appealing as the one originally offered online, you can change to another offer you qualify for, or remove an offer code at any time.
